Group Healing Programs

Dr. Alli's programs for mind-body-soul care are designed to foster deep healing in a safe and supported group setting. We are social beings and healing in community has profound benefits. Dr Alli uses a circle framework for group healing which enables individuals to explore their inner landscapes, address individual and collective dis-ease and cultivate compassion for self and others. Women's Circles

Dr. Alli co-facilitates a monthly women's circle aimed at meaningful connection, reconnecting with ancient wisdom and self-care.  Women's circles are about releasing the roles and masks society has confined us to so we can step fully into wholeness and sacred sisterhood.  You are not alone on this journey.  Together, we rise!
